Liverpool LASER: The art and science of facial identity

The Liverpool LASER (Leonardo Art Science Evening Rendezvous) Talks is one of only 27 LASER Talks operating worldwide and sponsored by Leonardo - the International Society for Arts, Sciences, and Technology (Leonardo/ISAST).

Every LASER is unique to its own community and Liverpool LASER aims to bring together interested individuals to explore and cultivate the growing art/science/technology community in Liverpool and the North West of the UK. The mission of the LASERs is to provide the public with a snapshot of the cultural environment of a region and to foster interdisciplinary networking.

The event is hosted by Professor Caroline Wilkinson, Director of the Liverpool School of Art and Design, and Mark Roughley, MA Art in Science Programme Tutor. The LASER is supported by the MA Art in Science programme at LJMU, which aims to bring artists and scientists together to explore collaborative approaches in Art/Science research and practice.

Registration required.
