Symposium: Autism, Architecture and Art

How can LJMU help people living with autism ? How can we all better understand the nature and experience of autism?

The Symposium was brought about in response to these questions from HAFS (Halton Autistic Support Group) - a self supporting neighbourhood-based group.

The Symposium hopes to explore the possible therapeutic connections between autism, architecture, art, design and creativity and comprises presentations and discussion from users, carers, nursing experts, architects and artists.

The symposium will pose the question, does art matter to the Autistic Spectrum?

Registration required.
